Social networking, podcasting, and videoblogging exemplify a do-it-yourself culture where peer-to-peer, multi-modal communication challenges traditional text-based, authoritative channels. The co-creation of material and the emergence of amateurs as authorities, as epitomized by wikipedia, signal a cultural shift among many of today\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s learners. And, with the Web as learners\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 information universe\u00e2\u20ac\u201dnot the library\u00e2\u20ac\u201dno learner is ever far from abundant information. In a rapidly changing environment, how well is education keeping pace with learner expectations, IT capabilities, learning principles, and cultural shifts? How much agility\u00e2\u20ac\u201dor stability\u00e2\u20ac\u201dis required?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Einige Folien aus dem Vortrag von Diana Oblinger waren ganz interessant:<br \/>\ndie Zahlenverteilung der \u00c2\u00abdigital natives\u00c2\u00bb l\u00c3\u00a4sst einen zum grossen Teil erschrecken:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mandyschiefner.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/2.jpg\" alt=\"2.jpg\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" height=\"385\" width=\"517\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Interessant ist vor allem, wie \u00c2\u00abDigital natives\u00c2\u00bb Informationen finden bzw. diese auch bewerten:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mandyschiefner.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/3.jpg\" alt=\"3.jpg\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" height=\"381\" width=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kaum verbl\u00c3\u00bcffend: Suchmaschinen haben einen erheblichen Einfluss auf die Information. Nur 2% nutzen Bibliotheken zur Recherche. Aber die meiner Meinung nach erschreckenste Zahl: 53% glauben, dass Informationen von Suchmaschinen genauso glaubw\u00c3\u00bcrdig wie Bibliotheken! Hier braucht es noch jede Menge Medienkompetenz<br \/>\nDoch es zeigt sich, dass die \u00c2\u00abdigital natives\u00c2\u00bb Medien nicht nur passiv nutzen, sondern sich auch aktiv an der Schaffung von Inhalten beteiligen<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mandyschiefner.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/4.jpg\" alt=\"4.jpg\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" height=\"379\" width=\"507\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die Analyse der Blogger deckt sich ungef\u00c3\u00a4hr mit deutschen Untersuchungen:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mandyschiefner.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/5.jpg\" alt=\"5.jpg\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" height=\"369\" width=\"498\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Eine Verteilung von Bloglesern nach L\u00c3\u00a4ndern liefert folgende Grafik.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mandyschiefner.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/6.jpg\" alt=\"6.jpg\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" height=\"372\" width=\"496\" \/><br \/>\nDoch nochmals zur\u00c3\u00bcck zu den \u00c2\u00abDigital natives\u00c2\u00bb, folgendes Slide zeigt die Online Sozialisationsformen, die im Moment vorherrschen.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mandyschiefner.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/02\/7.jpg\" alt=\"7.jpg\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" height=\"371\" width=\"495\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Diana Oblinger kommt in die Schweiz: Am SCIL in St. Gallen findet ein Workshop mit ihr statt:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>On 3 April 2007 the Swiss Centre for Innovations in Learning (SCIL)<br \/>\ncontinues his workshop series &#8222;Ne(x)t Generation Learning&#8220; with a workshop  titled: &#8222;Education The Net Generation: What is different?
