Harvel<\/a>, Vice President for Educational Technology, Georgia Gwinnett College.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The cell phone is the most ubiquitous technology students carry today. This session will report on a pilot study on how to incorporate these devices into an effective learning environment that supports both academic and community development activities on and off campus.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dabei wurde das Handy unterschiedlich eingesetzt: zum einen zur Kommunikation und zur Vernetzung zwischen Studierenden und Dozierenden; und zum anderen als Mittel zur \u00c3\u0153bermittlung von Lerninhalt. Dabei war vor allem das erste Szenario erfolgreich, Studierende f\u00c3\u00bchlten sich besser untereinander verbunden und mit der Fakult\u00c3\u00a4t. Harvel fast es so zusammen: \u00c2\u00abThe cell phone is an interaction device\u00c2\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Idee hat mir besonders gefallen, n\u00c3\u00a4mlich das Tagging aufgezeichneter Veranstaltungen durch Studierende. Sie k\u00c3\u00b6nnen einen Tag hinzuf\u00c3\u00bcgen, z.B. \u00c2\u00abdas habe ich nicht verstanden\u00c2\u00bb und dies wieder zur\u00c3\u00bcck auf den Server spielen, und Dozierende k\u00c3\u00b6nnen diese Stelle in einer n\u00c3\u00a4chsten Sitzung nochmals thematisieren.<\/p>\n<p>Doch es gibt nicht nur Vorteile der Integration von Handys im Unterricht.
